Affiliating to Your Team on sae.org

All students and faculty advisors must be affiliated to the team roster on www.sae.org as per the rules once fully accepted into the competition.
For stage 1 of the RFP process the only person who must be affiliated is the person completing the RFP.

  1. Verify that your account is correctly affiliated to your university using the Verification Tool. You should see your university listed under School Affiliation. If not, you’ll need to troubleshoot the message you see.
  2. Navigate to your competition Team Profile.
  3. Click on your Team Name.
  4. Enter your Member Number Under Add/Update Team Member.
  5. Enter your information like Cell Phone, Shirt Size, Emergency Contact Info, and any Accessibility Needs.
  6. Click the Add/Update Team Member Information.
